our non-Southern African businesses, was listed on the London Stock Exchange on 29 July 2002. Investec plc also has a secondary listing on the JSE Limited (JSE). Investec Limited, which houses our Southern African and Mauritius operations, has been listed in South Africa since 1986.
As at 31 March 2008 Investec plc and Investec Limited had 423.3 million and 234.3 million ordinary shares in issue, respectively. |
